Q: Can I use regular gas on a Mazda CX7 or on a Toyota FJ?

A: "You can use regular gas on just about any vehicle, even if it says it requires premium fuel; I just don't recommend it. No matter what the vehicle is, premium fuel will be better for it, but you don't HAVE to use it. " Premium Fuel is not always better!!!! It causes more carbon buildup and robs you of horsepower/mgp. If the manual says that 87 octane is the recommend fuel, use it. On any car though, even if it requires or recommends 91/92 octane gas, it is ok to use regular fuel just as long as you are not abusing the engine. The cars ECU will automatically retard timing if there are any issues with pings/knocks.

Q: Mazda Cx7 or Suzuki Grand Vitara?
Both are similarly priced, a difference of about 50 dollars a month. not going to tell you which ones more to avoid bias answers. Both are all wheel drive - both come with - automatic lights - sunroof Mazda is sportier, a better name (not necessarily a better car) - tiptronic tech (ability to switch into manual gears with an automatic transmission Suzuki is less sportier, a v6 engine as opposed to the mazda v4, built in sat radio (although I already have an external one) and outside temp reader Which one should I get? I am very undecided. Whichever one you say, please back it up Suzuki Grand Vitara http://www.123carlinks.com/images/suzuki-grand-vitara.jpg http://www.edmunds.com/pictures/VEHICLE/2008/Suzuki/2008.suzuki.grand%20vitara.20171086-396x249.jpg Mazda cx7 http://www.carzunlimited.com/Pictures/Misc/articleimages/Crossport.jpg http://www.cardata.com/images/2008_new_cars/Mazda/2008_Mazda_CX-7_side.jpg

A: Did you check the true cost to own? What about safety? If you really don't care, choose the one that comes out better.

Start up for the All Wheel around $650 Thanks so much in advance for you help.

A: Year that all sounds great...however those are awfully short lease terms and awefully high numbers for monthly payments. Also, you should factor in what it would cost you if you just flat out were making real payments with an investment of return for the car you are buying. Next how many miles a year do you currently drive...as fines come with going over the miles alloted per year. Next, unless you leave in an area where you need 4 wheel drive, slight gas drain, on all the time...skip the all wheel drive. I personnally think you could find yourself a much better deal elsewhere. However, I don't know your credit score. Last thing to consider, is your current car suitable for your driving needs, while you get yourself up a nicer down payment??? If so, skip this for now and you will find a better deal later, as new car equals higher insurance rate which you need to factor in to all of this as well. Good hunting.

Q: I need to find a way to connect my zune to my 08 mazda cx7. Help!!!?

A: depending on the system, you can get a audio cable to go from the headphone jack to the AUX jack, or if it has a cassette player there is a package you can get or last option is a frequency emitter, what that does is, the zune will plug into the emitter, and emitter will broadcast to a freqency on your radio, like 88.5 or something.

Q: will the mazda cx7 be available in the philippines?

A: Probably not. Very few new cars are imported into the Philippines, most are used cars from Japan with low mileage and refurbished to be like new. The Taxis half dead before they even hit the streets of Manila. The main thing imported that is new are motorcycles, mainly the 100 wave honda and the Rusi 100 a chinese knockoff. If you want one you will probably have to special order it and import it, and of course pay all the customs officials so it doesnt stay on the dock for 6 months waiting for approval.

Q: Question about the Mazda CX7?
Does anyone know if in the next year model they are removing the premium gas requirement? It looks like they have a lot on the lots and I never see them around town and this is the only reason I could see that they wouldn't be selling.

A: Oh, PLEASE.....Using premium gas is only going to add about $3 to a fill-up over using regular! That's a very small price to pay for all that extra fun and performance!! If you can't afford THAT, maybe you should just stick with buying an Aveo or a Hiyundi. I've heard that they are LOTS of fun, and I'm starting to see many of them on the roads!

Q: im interested in the mazda cx7 but it seems to be more of a womens car true or not?

A: I have the hots for one, and I currently drive a Jeep Wrangler. I don't see it as a chick car. That turbo should really give a kick!

Q: Everytime I get out of my CX7 Mazda, it shocks me, literally shocks me hard, why is this.?

A: Your car isn't grounded and you are. When a charge builds up your cars tires prevent it from grounding out. You are grounded and when you touch your car it releases it's charge through your body. One thing that has helped me is to spray static clothes spray on the seats and floors any where there is cloth and not leather. I even keep a can in my car in the winter. Good luck

Q: Any comments on the new Mazda CX7?

A: I have test driven this model not to long ago. It is refined, responsive and loaded with the latest technology offered in a CUV. The weight of the vehicle feels like a solid sedan on the highway. The aerodynamics of the vehicle seems to work well. It doesn't have a top heavy feel taking corners at speed, but more of a hunkered down agile performer. I have heard with this turbo, like many, in the owners manual it is suggested that you continue to run the motor for a 30 second period, particularly after a long haul, or city driving, so that the oil can cool the turbo preventing the mechanisms from getting oil starved and lock up. Or else their can be the resultant premature burn out of the turbo. I would buy it.

Q: What is the song played in the Mazda CX7 commercial?

A: Zoom Zoom Zoom.

Q: Does anyone have a MAZDA CX7 ?
Does anyone have this car, is it good what do ya think. I want to get it in ebony colour( purple black) with the leather. Any info bad and good would be great. In fo about the Aircon and visability important. Thanks

A: Well, I don't own one. But a good friend of mine works at a Mazda dealer and he said there is good and bad about owning one. I considered buying one this year but... Good things first: It fun to drive. Good view & awesome Bose stereo. Gets fair gas mileage if u are easy on the gas. Good reliability and avalible all wheel drive. Bad thing is the gas. It's a powerful 4 cylinder turbo engine and it clearly says that u must use premium fuel. As if gas isn't expensive enough, u have to buy the even higher priced premium gas. Even though it is a 4 cyl engine, the mpg's are a moderate 22-24 mpg on average on the hwy. It's just a little worse if u get all wheel drive. That's b/c the drive train is heavier adding overall a little more weight to the car. It's a complex car so only Mazda should work on it. After the warranty expires, it's expensive to get work done on it at the dealer. I hope I helped a little. If you want a decent little powerful sports car, I drove the new 2008 Chevy HHR SS Turbo yesterday with a 5 speed manual trans. Very impressive. A little cramped for me thats b/c I'm a fairly big dude. But it's much cheaper than what u are looking at and there are decent incentives going on that helps alot. G'day!

Q: whats better, honda crv or mazda cx7?

A: When someone simply asks "which car is better", I always ask in return? "What do you want from your car". In this case, if your priorities are a practical, reliable, fuel-efficient crossover, then go with the CR-V (I'd also expect the Honda to be more reliable than the Mazda). If you want performance and handling combined with decent practicality, then go with the CX-7. Although both have 5 seats, the CR-V offers more cargo volume with the seats folded (2000L vs. 1600 for the Mazda), and it's average fuel economy is 4 mpg better.
